I believe we can change the world if we start listening to one another again…Simple, truthful conversation where we each have a chance to speak, we each feel heard, and we each listen well.

CONNECTING RESOURCES

Conversations Igniting Awareness, Understanding and Action

When a person or a group acknowledges a passion to serve, to do something they would do strictly for the love of doing it because they know it is the right thing to do, whether they were paid or not, ….a resource has been discovered.

When that person or a group discovers in what context they might apply that service, how applying that passion creates a solution, a resource has been connected with a need.

We are each being called to be a part of something much greater than ourselves. To capture the collective wisdom and energy of both like-minded and diverse ideas, and to accomplish the bigger goal, it must begin with remembering who WE are as individuals, why we are here and what gift or wisdom we have to share. Through intuitive curiosity, intentional listening and “re-discovery” of our own truths, an awareness and a passion to create solutions occurs. It is then that we activate that memory of who we are and our specific gift that serves the world’s needs.

Some people from an early age courageously live their lives based on what they know to be their truth. For most, it is a lifelong journey of discovery. By taking time to move away from day-to-day busy-ness and a willingness to listen to our souls, we rediscover what we KNOW to be true, not what we may have been taught as truth. We rediscover who we are and why we are here.

Connecting Resources is the outcome. The Four Stages of Connection is the process, utilizing Soul Chats™ – a dialogue format designed for the individual who is open to doing so…to re-discover their purpose. By moving into Awareness, through a Transformational Pause into Essential Leadership, powerful collaboration can occur as resources connect in order to find solutions that serve the world.
